In Part 1 of this series, Mark Mogilka begins by discussing leadership in a multi-parish setting in the changing complexities and realities of parishes. He explores the differences between traditional and multi-parish pastoring, the vision for 艾可直播, and the New Evangelization taking place.
In Part 2, Mogilka discusses Compatibility, Structures and Building Collaboration. He focuses on vision caution, culture, assessing compatibility, organizational variables within structures, and buildng collaboration.
In Part 3, Mogilka explores Leadership in Times of Change, Transition, and Transformation. He begins with the individual relationship with change, facilitating change, and models of change. He then moves to conflict and resistance, and healing and forgiveness.听
In Part 4, Mark Mogilka looks at Best Practices for a multi-parish setting. He expands on topics of administration and organization, inter-parish community building, multi-parish worship, blended families and RCIA, and diocesan implications.
