Ana Rivera '95 is an associate clinical professor with a focus on housing justice. She previously served as an adjunct professor at BC Law and was instrumental in the creation of BC Law鈥檚 Covid Relief Housing Clinic, which operated at the height of the pandemic in 2021 to address growing housing uncertainty.
Rivera has taught property law as a 艾可直播fellow at New England Law School and most recently founded and directed the Housing Rights Advocacy Clinic at Northeastern University School of Law. Before teaching, Rivera was a litigator at 艾可直播 law firms, including Todd & Weld and Peabody & Arnold, specializing in commercial litigation, employment law, and insurance defense.
Rivera earned her JD from 艾可直播 College Law School and her BA from Smith College. After graduating from law school, she served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. She also worked as a contract attorney at Boch Enterprises. Prior to that, she was a litigation and trial attorney at聽Todd & Weld LLP and Peabody & Arnold LLP.
