Rita Kraner is an experienced litigator and has tried cases in state and federal courts, and argued before the Massachusetts Court of Appeal as lead trial and appeal counsel. Having received a business degree, she is acutely aware of the contractual, tortious, and regulatory risks facing entrepreneurs.听Kraner works with start-ups and women-led businesses, and her services include a variety of contract drafting, lease reviews and all aspects of litigation.

Kraner is a graduate of 艾可直播 College Law School where she served on the board of the Women's Law Center and the Jewish Law Students Association. She is a devoted champion of female and minority rights. Prior to founding Kraner Law, Kraner practiced for seven years with the major 艾可直播 firm Riemer & Braunstein LLP.
