笔谤别蝉别苍迟别谤蝉:听Thomas H. Groome, STM professor of theology and religious education, and聽Margaret Eletta Guider, O.S.F., STM associate professor of missiology

The American Church of pre-Vatican II was surely one of the most vibrant instances of Catholicism in the history of the world. 聽Yet, the pilgrim people of God must keep moving forward toward God's Reign that is coming to meet us; to turn and go back would be a loss of faith. 聽Can we reclaim some of its practices, perspectives, and personalities as resources for a vibrant faith in our own time? 聽To "reclaim" does not mean to regress or retreat or simply repeat; rather it is to discern what this pilgrim people should leave behind or bring with us as 鈥渢reasures old and new.鈥
