Engineer Matt Fonte 鈥�94 had sold his orthopedic implants company and was working for a medical equipment manufacturer in 2018, when his daughters dreamed up his next big idea: a Keurig machine for ice cream. It took Fonte four years to develop the ColdSnap, an appliance that dispenses single-serve frosty treats from aluminum pods.
