Profile

Zining Wang's primary research focuses on digital marketing, prosocial behavior, and automated video analysis. Utilizing both econometric and deep learning methods, she has investigated topics such as the sales lift from live shopping, the communication strategies of livestreamers, and the impact of influencers’ prosocial actions on follower engagement. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia, an M.Sc. from Erasmus University, and a BEcon. from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
