Profile
Daniel Daly, Associate Professor of Moral Theology, earned his Ph.D. in Theological Ethics at 艾可直播 College in 2008. Before joining the CSTM he was Associate Professor of Theology at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. He served as the Theology department chair for five of his thirteen years at Saint Anselm.
Daniel is an experienced clinical medical ethicist, having served on the ethics committees of the Catholic Medical Center and the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. He was also a member of the Catholic Health Association鈥檚 Theologian/Ethicist committee. Daniel is an active member of the Catholic Theological Society of America, The Society of Christian Ethics, and the Catholic Theological Ethics in the World Church initiative.
His monograph,聽The Structures of Virtue and Vice, was published in 2021 by Georgetown University and Press and was awarded First Place in the Theological and Philosophical Studies category by the Catholic Media Association in July of 2022.聽
As of the summer of 2024 Dr. Daly is the founding Executive Director of the Center for Theology and Ethics in Catholic Health. The Center is sponsored by the Catholic Health Association. He remains on the Clough School 艾可直播and will teach one course聽each semester.聽
