Innovations in Graduate Education
Currently Suspended
Since 2020, the Provost鈥檚 Office and the Institute for the Liberal Arts has piloted a program that awarded听grants听of up to $10,000 to fund听innovations听in graduate education. Although these听grants听funded a number of successful initiatives, we have decided to pause the program and consider some possible reconfigurations that might better meet the needs of graduate students today.听听The University's substantial investment in summer support for funded doctoral students in 2025-2026 will inform our planning for the future of these or similar听grants.

We will not be accepting proposals for these听grants听this spring and will not award any IGE听grants听for the 2025-2026 academic year.
