Summer Welcome Center

The Summer Welcome Center is located in Stayer Hall, and serves as a first point of contact for all BC summer students and campus guests. The Welcome Center Staff can assist with many of your needs, including:

  • Check-in and check-out
  • Check-in starts at 3 P.M., and guests must check out by 11 A.M.
  • Room card, key access, and Wi-Fi questions
  • Bed & bath linens
  • Local-area information such as how to find the nearest shopping centers, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

The Welcome Center is open 7 A.M. to 12 A.M., 7 days a week. Please visit us in Stayer Hall or call 617-552-0086.

Welcome to °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥ College! Whether you are here for your reunion or you are here for a conference and this is your first time, we are happy to have you! Chestnut Hill has so much to offer over the summer and we are excited to be able to assist you in learning more about our city. This page lists some information which might be helpful for the duration of your stay with us.

Our Summer Welcome Center is open daily from 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM and our team would be happy to assist you with any questions you may have. Each community also has Community Assistants who are on-call from 8 P.M. to 7 A.M. to assist with any emergency needs.ÌýWe hope you enjoy your stay with us and get to enjoy °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥ College this summer.Ìý
