Students are required to get CPR certified prior to enrolling in classes through the American Heart Association Health Care ProviderÌýCPRÌý- BLS for Health Care Providers Course (BCLS).ÌýOnce this is completed, please retain a digital copy of your certification. This document will be required prior to the start of your clinical rotations.
All students are required to send-in proof ofÌýrequired immunizationsÌýand health formsÌý(Graduate full time option) to University Health Services prior to the first week of class.
Please be sure to keep copies of ALL your updated medical records.
This information will be used as part of your clinical rotations. Please note that some clinical sites will require for you to do additional immunizations. The Clinical Placement Office will inform individuals ahead of time if and when additional immunizations are needed.
Each student will be required to sign up for the Castlebranch database.Ìý Castlebranch is the database that °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥ College Connell School of Nursing use to track students' medical and criminal records. Please do not attempt to create an account without the instructions from the Clinical Placement Office.

For any outstanding transcripts, please send completed official documents to the Graduate Office prior to August 1.
