This fund was established in 2003 through a gift from Scott ’79 and Tracy ’80 Brown, °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥ College parents. Income from the endowment provides scholarship assistance to graduate students studying to become advanced practice clinicians or pursuing careers in nursing leadership.
This fund was established in 1981 through gifts from family, friends, and alumni in memory of Mary B. Conceison ’58, M.S. ’60. Income from the endowment provides scholarship assistance to qualified students with a preference given to registered nurses pursuing graduate or doctoral degrees whose primary careers are in the field of public health and/or child safety.
This fund was established in 2003 through a gift from Kathleen Powers Haley ’76 and Steven R. Haley, °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥ College parents. Income from the endowment provides scholarship assistance for graduate students enrolled in the Connell School of Nursing, with a preference for clinical nurses working in neurosurgeryÌýor neurology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the Faulkner Hospital, or their clinical affiliates, including °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥ Children’s Hospital and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Income from the endowment provides scholarship assistanceÌýto graduate students with financial need in the Connell School of Nursing who have demonstrated academic excellence and have been recommended by the dean as outstanding students.
This fund, renamed in 2013, was established in 2007 through a gift from PolyMedica Corporation in honor of their Chairman of the Board, recognizing his long-term leadership and innovation in health care delivery and patient treatment. Income from the endowment provides financial aid for graduate students in the Connell School of Nursing, with preference for nurses working at Beth Israel Lahey or Mass General Brigham.
This fund was established in 2008 through a gift from Michael C. Bodson ’80 and Paulette A. Bodson, °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥ College parents. Income from the endowment provides fellowship support for graduate students in the Connell School of Nursing who have demonstrated financial need.

Graduate students are eligible to be considered for a teaching assistantship in the School of Nursing. This assistantship provides a stipend. Teaching assistants may teach an undergraduate or graduate course, assist °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥members in their teaching roles, assist with other responsibilities related to teaching and/or evaluation of students and programs.Ìý
Research assistantships may become available depending on °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥grants. Students interested in being considered for such opportunities should monitor bulletin boards and e-mail notices sent by the Graduate Office.
These fellowships are awarded competitively to Ph.D. students in the School of Nursing at the time of admission to the Ph.D. program. They provide full tuition and a stipend for 3 years of full-time study and are only available to students following the full-time curriculum plan. Fellows are assigned to work two days per week with a °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥member on his or her research.
